I certainly won't be returning to this location. I ordered my usual drink, a venti iced latte with an extra shot, but there was confusion at the drive-thru window because the order screen showed the drink coming with only two shots of espresso instead of the three I expected. When I politely asked about it, Mei was not only unhelpful but also combative. Rather than looking into the issue, she repeatedly said she didn't control it and that she just "pushes a button." When I pointed out that the Starbucks app clearly shows the drink comes with three shots, she dismissed my concern, saying they don't know anything about how the app works and that, regardless of what it showed, they weren't going to do anything about it. When it came time to pay, we realized the confusion was actually caused by the order being entered incorrectly as a hot latte instead of an iced latte, which explained the discrepancy in the number of espresso shots. The mistake was ultimately corrected, but the way the situation was handled left an exceedingly sour taste in my mouth. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. This is one of the best Starbucks that I’ve ever been to in the U. S! The vibes, service, music and staff were all amazing 😊 The décor and location makes it magical to me ✨

I travel with the country for work, I visited Starbucks almost every single day all over the country. I’ve been coming to this location for about two weeks now. And Today when I come in, I asked for the same order. I never changed my order. Because I have a specific diet that I stick to. Starbucks offers a vanilla cold foam that you can put on top of your coffee. That is sugar-free. I get this on my coffee every single day probably for the past two years. I go in today and order my coffee to be told that we’re not making that for you because there’s no button for it on our screen anymore, So it’s against our policy to do it. Which is weird because the person who told me about this works at Starbucks even still currently today. I go every day. I would do it in airports and brick-and-mortar stores everywhere. The lady that was in charge of taking my order, The one that refused my business. Her name starts with the letter T, Not really sure how to say it or spell it as I guess I should’ve taken a picture. I have never been to this Starbucks but it was so beautiful especially the view of downtown!!! The painting in the lobby was fascinating and made me think “how long did that artist take?” I came in to do my studies and very much appreciated the good experience! Lobby was clean. Thank you managers & employees for your service!! You’re doing awesome & I know y’all can make it through the shift and day! Much love & take care!! 💚🤍

The place has a beautiful patio area to sit. However, for my first experience it took forever to get my drink. The lady in front of me had a crazy order apparently. However, they should have made her pull forward and wait for her drinks to make the line get relieved a little. I go to Starbucks at many locations almost every day and this one was the first to make me wait so long from the moment of putting in my order. I was next in line the whole time as well so it seemed like a lack of experience for the two people working who didn't know how to handle a big order.
